What was once a small shop space tucked inside the hospital is now undergoing a complete transformation. It has now reopened as a Support Hub called The Hive — a safe, welcoming place for patients, families, and hospital staff to find information, comfort, and connection when they need it most.

More Than Bricks and Mortar

Yes, there’s construction involved — walls to be adapted, surfaces refreshed, and fixtures

installed — but the heart of this project goes far beyond the physical work.

Every decision we’ve made has been guided by three key goals:

• Creating a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere that feels more like a living room than a waiting room.

• Ensuring full accessibility so that everyone, regardless of mobility, can use the space with ease.

• Designing a layout that encourages openness while still offering private corners for quiet conversations.
