Dorset Build and Maintenance Company Limited was first established in 1997, and at that time was known as Dorchester Build and Maintenance Company Limited.  The company was originally based in Dorchester, but is now based in Weymouth.  At first, the company served the immediate area around Dorchester - but now works throughout Dorset, South Somerset and East Devon.

The company is managed by Alun Rose and Richard Gracie (ACIOB).  Both have had many years experience in the construction industry and are able to offer information and experience un-parallelled in the area. The works themselves are carried out by our team of 18 skilled and experienced tradesmen - from groundworkers, masons, carpenters, electricians through to final decorations. All of the tradesmen are fully trained and apprenticed in their chosen field of expertise.
